Parents, staff and students are all so thankful to be together again on campus meeting together five days a week!  Although the picture looks a little different this year, we continue serving families of Whidbey Island with the same level of care we have for the past 30 years.
  At ICA we are on a mission to integrate faith and learning in a nurturing  environment as we partner with parents to develop students who love the learning process and internalize a truly Christian world view over their years with us.  If this sounds like something you have in mind for your children, I would be glad to meet you!  Open enrollment for the 2021-22 school year begins February 8th.  Take a look around the site and if you think it ICA is a good fit for your future family goals,  contact me to set up a time to see the campus and hear more about our program!

FAQs

Are your students required to wear masks?  
Yes,  According to the state guidelines all students, with the exception of preschool, wear masks when indoors.  The guidance does not require masks when outside.
What changes have you made for this school year?  
We have modified our available facilities to create larger classrooms where students can maintain six feet of distance throughout the school day.  We have created more outdoor spaces suitable for keeping the same space for lunch and recess.  Each of our classes is an individual cohort which does not interact with any other class throughout the day.  With the help and generosity of Eagle Building Company, we have recently added an outdoor covered play area so students can play outside even on the rainy days.  We have made many other changes designed to limit the spread of germs throughout the school day.
